Richie Webb's sitcom Mr Muzak has been nominated for a 2018 BBC Audio Drama Award.
The show - set in the world of hapless cocktail pianist Nigel Penny - is on the shortlist in the Best Scripted Comedy (Longform) Category for the prestigious award.
Richie Webb's new sitcom about a cocktail pianist trying to live his life - like his music - in the background starts on Radio 4 this Sunday 17th September at 7.15pm on Radio 4.
Starring alonside Richie are Jess Robinson and Paul G Raymond.

Recording has taken place of Richie Webb's new Radio 4 sitcom Mr Muzak.
Two episodes have been commissioned by Radio 4 for the Sunday evening comedy slot. The show is a spin-off from Richie's successful late night comedy The Music Teacher and features the continuing adventures of performance shy cocktail pianist Nigel Penny.
The first of four Rum Bunch episodes hits the airwaves on 3rd May at 6.30 as Justin Edwards tries his best to control Mel Giedroyc and David Mounfield as they team up for a gleeful half hour of sketches and musical comedy.
The show features a glorious array of sketches and music courtesy of the show's very own house band - Jason Hazeley on piano and David Reed of The Penny Dreadfuls on drums.

It's a comedy drama about two commentators at the small but heroic non-league club Bromsfield Town. Ben is the seasoned commentator trying to resurrect his career after a catastrophic panic attack during an FA cup final while commentating for the BBC.
